According to the information base of the National Elite Foundation; A think-tank meeting with non-Iranian elites was held under the auspices of the Center for Civilizational Cooperation of the National Elite Foundation on the topic of "Examining the problems and solutions of synergy between the elites".

On the sidelines of this meeting, Seyed Salman Seidafaqhi, deputy official of the National Elite Foundation, pointed to the approval of the by-laws for the support of non-Iranian elites in the Council of Ministers, and emphasized the need to create a suitable platform for increasing communication with non-Iranian elites and top talents, and especially benefiting from the capacity of the elites of neighboring countries and said : With regard to the approval of the regulations for the support of non-Iranian elites and the appearance of suitable solutions to remove the obstacles facing them, we hope that the necessary ground for the formation of the network of non-Iranian elites and the development of international communication based on the macro policies of the country will be provided.

In this meeting, which was held with the presence of a group of non-Iranian elites, including the elites of Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan, the attendees expressed their views, criticisms and suggestions. Issues such as residence, creating an organization and institution in charge of the affairs of the international elites, the livelihood of the elites and the need to provide a platform for providing some welfare services, increasing scientific and research cooperation, paying more attention to the affairs of non-Iranian students, etc. are among the most important issues raised in this meeting.
